The first edition of The Green Team is officially over! Happy graduates Aleksandra Popova, Ivana Slivkova, Iliyana Ilieva, Ita Slavcheva and Mihaela Ilieva took home a lot of experience, knowledge, know-how and fresh new certificates to add to their portfolio for a future successful job search. And Mihaela already found one – she is now officially a part of the Noble Graphics team. Welcome on board, Mihaela!

Launched on the 6th of January 2020 the project “The Green Team” revolutionized the Bulgarian ad industry by introducing a new model of cooperating with students and young people. It is an educational programme that puts the participants in the real conditions of the advertising business. They work on real projects for real clients on their own, being only mentored by experienced professionals. They get to know the tight deadlines, the demanding clients and the excitement of presenting live their own ideas.

This was the first initiative by Noble Academy of this kind. More are to come.
